Hi, I’m Tari. I’m a psychotherapist in training, holistic health coach, and writer. My approach is warm, collaborative and explorative. I work relationally and creatively, supporting clients to better understand themselves, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and navigate life in a way that feels more authentic and aligned. I know that being human can feel messy, overwhelming, and lonely at times.
People come to therapy for many different reasons, whether that’s anxiety, stress, relationship or intimacy difficulties, identity, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a space where you feel seen, heard, and able to explore things without judgment. I work integratively, meaning I adapt the work to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alongside talking therapy, I often bring in creative and embodied approaches such as journaling, visualisation, imagery, and body awareness. Sometimes experiences exist beyond words, and creative exploration can offer another way of understanding ourselves.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent years interviewing creatives about their inner worlds and lived experiences, conversations that deepened my curiosity around what shapes us, how we cope, and what it means to be human.
Alongside my psychotherapy training, my background in holistic health has also shaped the way I think about the connection between mind and body. At the heart of my work is creating a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out, knowing you don’t have to navigate it alone.
