Expert psychiatric assessments, thoughtfully connected to therapy.
Need clarity on what you’re experiencing? Let’s talk.
Clarity Through Specialist Assessment
Therapy isn’t just about how you feel, it’s about understanding what the hell is going on underneath layer by layer. Because being human is inherently messy, and living radically means being brave enough to look at that mess and going, “f*ck, that all makes sense!”
We’ve teamed up with the experts at the London Psychiatry Clinic to bridge the gap between ‘what’s happening’ and ‘what do I do about it?’ with our Psychiatry Pathway.
Whether you’re dealing with burnout, struggling to focus, or wondering if ADHD or autism are part of your puzzle, we’re here to help you make sense of it all. No guesswork, just clear, practical recommendations and a solid plan for what comes next.
Why Diagnostic Assessments Can Help
When something doesn’t feel right, it’s hard to know where to start. Think of it like being in a maze. You’re trying to find your way to the center, but you keep getting pulled off-course. The Diagnostic Assessment can be an important step toward finding the exit.
A diagnostic assessment brings clarity, and helps make sense of patterns, explore whether things like ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) might be part of it, and understand what support will actually make a difference.
Our Psychiatry Pathway may be helpful for people who are experiencing:
Persistent focus or attention difficulties
Ongoing stress, anxiety, or burnout
Low mood and Anxiety
Emotional regulation challenges
Querying ADHD or autism
Difficulties that haven’t improved with previous support
