Attached Group Therapy
Discover your attachment style and build healthier connections.
Some of us move closer when things feel uncertain.
Some of us pull away.
Some of us do both.
We call it ‘just how I am.’ But often, it’s attachment.
Explore Your Attachment Style
Our 6 week Attachment-Focused Group Therapy is designed for individuals who want to explore their relational patterns, understand their attachment style, and begin building more secure, fulfilling connections – with themselves and others.
This is thoughtful, clinically facilitated group work. A structured space to understand how you relate – and why.
This group is ideal for anyone looking to:
Understand their relational patterns and attachment style
Explore how early experiences shape current relationships
Develop healthier ways of relating in personal and professional life
Experience connection, support and reflection in a safe, facilitated group
Why group therapy?
Attachment patterns show up in relationships – not in isolation.
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to notice your relational patterns in real time, with the support of experienced clinicians. It creates space for reflection, feedback, and shared understanding in a structured and contained environment.
You won’t be analysing yourself alone. And you won’t be judged for how you’ve learned to cope.

Groups offer a supportive space where relational patterns naturally emerge. This allows reflection, feedback, and safe experimentation with new ways of connecting and communicating.
