Cancellation Policy

Self Space sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 48 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session, the fee paid can be used for a future appointment.

Cancelled Sessions

Appointments are charged at the point of purchase. If you cancel a session we do not offer a refund. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking, your credit will remain on your account or you can move your session date/time. If it is less than 48 hours the full fee is lost.

Session Bundles

For bundles of sessions, amendment of your next appointment can be made up to 48 hours before. It should be noted that in bundle sessions, our appointment system not only books the therapist for the next session but also blocks his/her availability for all the upcoming sessions with you.

Therefore, we urge you not to cancel or amend your session bundles unless you absolutely need to. If you are unhappy with the therapist you are consulting, you can change the therapist within the same price band at no extra cost and your bundle session will remain as it is. However, dates and times may vary depending on the new therapist’s availability.

The same non refund policy applies to bundles.

You have a period of 12 months to use up your bundle of sessions after the date of the first booking. You can make amendments to your series of bookings by rescheduling sessions on the Self Space app, MindBody app or MindBody website.

Self In The City

Self and the city sessions can be moved according to availability, by you via the app, if within the 48 hour window. Sessions cancelled before 48 hours will remain on the Self and the City corporate bundle. Sessions cancelled or needing moving in less than 48 hours will be deducted from the bundle.

Late Arrival / Missed Sessions

Services delivered face-to-face will be delivered at the time and place we have agreed. If you are late to your session by any amount of time, it will still finish at the prearranged time and this time is not refundable.


Very occasionally, emergencies may make it impossible for us to deliver a session as agreed. Normally we would have advised you in advance if this is likely, but in any event we would let you know as soon as possible if a session needs to be cancelled. If we cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered where possible.

Sessions missed without giving appropriate notice (a minimum of 48 hours) will remain chargeable in all but the most extreme circumstances.
