I’m Sonia. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard, without judgment. My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy with an integrative style, which means I meet you where you are while drawing on different tools and perspectives to support your unique needs. I work in a warm, empathetic, and collaborative way.
I see therapy as a partnership—you bring your lived experiences, and I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can explore, process, and begin to heal at your own pace. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and the impact of trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and the effects of domestic abuse. I also work with those living with the emotional impact of cancer and other illnesses, offering a space to navigate the challenges and uncertainties these bring.
My aim is always to shape therapy around you, creating the right conditions for growth and self-discovery. I welcome people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and identities. Whatever you are carrying, this is a space where you will be accepted just as you are, with warmth and respect.
Having experienced the benefits of therapy in my own life, I know how powerful and transformative it can be. My personal journey has shaped the way I work—authentically, with deep empathy, and with a strong belief in your capacity for healing and change.
