I am a trained psychotherapist and transformational coach, passionate about helping clients overcome the barriers holding them back from becoming the person they truly want to be. My belief is that real change happens when you commit to doing the inner work, and I speak from my own experience of transformation through therapy. Having navigated my own challenging childhood, I deeply empathise with those facing life’s difficulties and work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel truly heard and supported. My therapeutic approach combines psychotherapy to help clients process and understand their past, CBT to address behaviours and thought patterns keeping them stuck, and life coaching tools to support goal achievement.
