A bit about me

Hi, I’m Milly Martha Gregory, an NCPS-accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals to navigate emotional challenges, develop self-understanding, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic principles, offering a reflective and supportive space to explore patterns, emotions, and earlier experiences that may be influencing the present. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, and the impact of trauma.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each client, helping to build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. While psychotherapy is at the heart of my practice, I often weave in coaching approaches for clients navigating career or business-related challenges, drawing on my background in the creative industries and as a business owner. This combination can offer both the depth of therapeutic exploration and the clarity of practical, forward-focused strategies.

My priority is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported—somewhere we can work together towards a life that feels more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
