Lynne (she/they) is an Integrative Therapist, whose work is grounded in a Person-Centred approach. She uses a range of therapeutic models including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Therapeutic Journaling. She is a warm and empathic counsellor, deep thinking and intuitive. Lynne sees the relationship between individual and counsellor as integral and will work creatively with you to find the right process and therapy style. Lynne is LGBTQ+ and KINK affirmative and identifies as a bisexual, cis female (AFAB), she/they. She has significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and all persons who have experienced domestic abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement, self-harm, childhood abuse, relationship difficulties and chronic health problems. Lynne also completed her Masters Dissertation in Spatial Anxiety and is currently (2024) focused on developing her specialisms in Neurodiversity and GSERD (Gender, Sexual, Erotic and a relations Diversity).
