Hi, I’m Lea. I work with people around addiction, trauma, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ wellbeing. Alongside my professional training and experience, I also bring lived experience of addiction and recovery, which deeply shapes how I work and understand people’s experiences. My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and non-judgemental. I aim to create a space where people feel safe enough to speak openly without fear of shame or being misunderstood. I work integratively, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, CBT-informed, and harm reduction approaches, meaning therapy is tailored to the individual rather than one fixed model. A large part of my work has focused on supporting LGBTQ+ clients and people who may have had difficult experiences with services in the past. I believe therapy should be collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in empathy. My style is supportive but direct, and I value building genuine therapeutic relationships where clients can explore things at their own pace.
