Hello, I’m Kaya, a Systemic Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families. Alongside my private practice, I have experience working within the NHS across a range of specialist services, supporting people through a variety of emotional, relational, and life experiences.
I believe therapy is a space where you can come as you are, a place to feel heard, understood, and supported. I work systemically, which means I’m interested in the connections between our relationships, emotions, experiences, and the wider worlds we live in. I recognise that our identities, cultures, histories, and relationships all shape how we understand ourselves and navigate life.
Together, we can gently explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be shaping how you feel, understand yourself, and connect with others. I specialise in working with issues around identity and sense of self, fertility and infertility journeys, relationship challenges and breakdown, family dilemmas (including blended, separating, and adoptive families), sexuality, identity, and psychosexual difficulties. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and care. I offer a supportive space where you can reflect, explore, and have honest conversations at a pace that feels right for you.
My aim is to offer therapy that feels safe, collaborative, and human, where we can think together about what matters to you and what you hope might become different.
