A bit about me

Hi, I’m Jayde, an integrative therapist with a deep reverence for holistic healing.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over five years walking alongside people on their healing journeys, offering space, stillness, and care through holistic practices. That experience taught me the power of presence, the importance of real connection, and what it means to feel truly seen. These are the threads I now weave into my work as a therapist, meeting each person as a whole being, in mind, body, and spirit, with all their depth and complexity. I believe therapy is a space where we can be radically honest, meet ourselves fully, and begin to move from simply surviving to thriving – through living more authentically and in alignment with who we truly are.

My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m here to create a safe space where you feel supported and gently challenged. I understand our unique life experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world around us. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward positive, meaningful growth. I draw from a range of approaches; person-centred therapy to hold space for your story, psychodynamic insight to explore patterns and the past, existential reflection to connect with your values, and practical tools from CBT to support real-life shifts. That means we might look at how your past is shaping your present, unpack patterns that no longer serve you, explore the deeper questions of meaning and identity, and find ways to ground and empower yourself in everyday life. I’m especially mindful of how our identities, histories, and cultural contexts shape the way we move through the world, and through therapy.

Whether you’re exploring questions of identity, power, culture, or belonging, this is a space where your whole self is safe, respected, and affirmed. My approach is strengths-based and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you, ask the deeper questions, and help you connect with your own wisdom.
