I am an integrative counsellor and coach, offering a safe and supportive space to help you cope with whatever challenges you may be facing. I will listen to you with respect and genuine care, valuing you as you are. With a non-judgmental approach, I offer insight that may help you see things from a new perspective.
My approach is rooted in psychosynthesis, a modality that views the whole person – their past, present, and potential for the future. It helps integrate the different, and sometimes conflicting, parts of ourselves into a sense of wholeness. Psychosynthesis counselling is more than a compassionate conversation—it is a journey toward becoming whole.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to suit your unique needs and working at a pace that is comfortable for you. My toolkit includes humanistic and psychodynamic therapies, CBT and solution-focused therapy, creative art and eye movement therapy, as well as somatic, breathing, and mindfulness techniques.
I have worked with both young people and adults experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, trauma and addiction, workplace stress and career dissatisfaction, as well as issues around confidence and self-esteem.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a coach and training specialist within the private sector. This experience helps me understand the unique pressures of corporate environments and allows me to blend coaching into therapy—transforming awareness into meaningful, actionable plans.
When booking, any of our in person sessions can be changed to a virtual session. Book your session first and then pop the therapist and hey@theselfspace.com an email to let them know.
