A bit about me

Hello, I’m Giada. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and coaching practitioner with experience in the private, public, and third sectors. I have a genuine interest and deep respect for people’s stories. I believe therapy is a collaboration of the minds, a supportive conversation where clients can safely explore their thoughts and feelings, and experiment with new ways of thinking and being.

In my work, I draw on a range of therapeutic insights such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused theories, to personalise sessions to each client’s needs and objectives, and empower them to spark the changes they wish to see in their lives. I can work with issues including stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, loss & grief, relationship and work challenges, and life transitions.

Whether you want to work on a specific matter, or need a space to focus on your personal growth, I would be delighted to partner with you on your discovery process. I provide sessions in both English and Italian.

When booking, any of our in person sessions can be changed to a virtual session. Book your session first and then pop the therapist and hey@theselfspace.com an email to let them know.
