I am a professional artist and psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 6 years of training and thousands of hours working with clients in 1:1 and group therapeutic settings. I also have substantial experience with psychedelics, yoga, and deep meditation practices. Many of my clients are people who wish to be more creative.
I work through a combination of mentoring and psychotherapeutic techniques to to tap into brighter ideas, more zing and a greater sense of flowstate. I have also developed a specialism in working with neurodiversity and harnessing the strengths associated with ADHD and ASD.
Our work will involve feeling into past experiences where necessary, with a view to tapping into your brightest possibilities and clearing away blocks to change. We will work with talking therapy and the option to use embodiment, drawing, movement, vocal exercises, waking dreams, play, and other creative practices.
I provide a safe space to talk about potentially harder topics like shame, shadow, sex, kink and taboo. We may also explore race and decolonising therapy should this support our work together. We may explore projections in realtime as they happen in session. I look forward to working with you!
