Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a transition, or ready to build confidence and direction, coaching can help you move forward with clarity and purpose. I bring my therapeutic training and lived experience into my coaching work, creating a space where you can show up as your full self — especially if you're navigating identity, race, cultural pressures, or the “isms” and expectations that can shape your self-belief.

My approach blends the structure and forward-focus of coaching with a deep understanding of trauma, nervous system regulation, and expressive, creative practices. I believe healing is not about fixing what’s “broken,” but about remembering who you truly are - beyond survival patterns, self-doubt, or stories shaped by the past. Through a combination of somatic tools, reflective inquiry, creative exercises (like writing and/or art) I help you explore what’s ready to be seen, felt, and gently transformed.
