Hi there! I’m Irene and I work as an integrative and existential psychotherapist. I am passionate about helping people to live a fuller and more conscious life. I believe that therapy can be an explorative and compassionate space for all folks to get to know themselves better and make choices that align with who they are and who they want to be.
I identify as an intersectional feminist and have experience working with life transitions, body and eating issues, relationships with family, partners, lovers, peers, and colleagues, and intercultural identities. I believe that we can build a better society starting from working on ourselves. I offer sessions in English and also in Italian.
