Hi there, I’m Will. I’m an accredited counsellor, life coach, and emotional fitness coach.
Previous clients have included students, teachers, parents, performing artists, athletes, and individuals in high pressure industries to name a few. I love to support and hold a space for people who want to create change in their lives. I specialise in working with anxiety, identity, depression, life transitioning, body image, self-esteem, work-related stress, cultural diversity, trauma, and grief.
My approach integrates Compassionate Inquiry, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Somatic techniques. I aim to make sure therapy is an inclusive and collaborative space to ensure people feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered. The space is there to help you improve your relationship to yourself, triggers within your life, and build up resilience to empower you.
