Hi there, I’m Will. I’m an accredited counsellor, life coach, and emotional fitness coach.
Previous clients have included students, teachers, parents, performing artists, athletes, and individuals in high pressure industries to name a few. I love to support and hold a space for people who want to create change in their lives. I specialise in working with anxiety, identity, depression, life transitioning, body image, self-esteem, work-related stress, cultural diversity, trauma, and grief.
My approach integrates Compassionate Inquiry, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Somatic techniques. I aim to make sure therapy is an inclusive and collaborative space to ensure people feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered. I ensure I offer a space to help you improve your relationship to yourself, any triggers within your life, and build up your resilience to empower you to live the life you envision.
