Hello! I’m Tahirah Yasin, an accredited psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience. My approach integrates actionable strategies with mindfulness, grounding, and body-based techniques to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, and trauma, with a particular focus on deeper trauma understanding. I also offer accessible, personalised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns and build practical tools for managing generalised anxiety, obsessive thoughts and compulsions, panic attacks, social anxiety, and depression.
