Hi, I’m Simona. As a compassionate and experienced therapist with over 10 years in practice, I specialise in helping individuals, couples, families, and teams navigate their unique journeys toward well-being. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is both a creative process of discovery and a reconnection with different parts of who you are, supporting greater inner and outer harmony.
I combine an ecological and systemic approach – considering the connections between people and their environments – with practical solution focused and problem solving strategies.
Alongside my therapy practice, I also work as a facilitator and clinical supervisor, supporting colleagues and teams in their growth and helping drive meaningful change.
I offer both short- and long-term therapy. While I bring experience in a wide range of areas, I welcome each new client with a fresh tailored perspective- starting with your unique story and celebrating your autonomy in our work together. My aim is to offer a safe, open-minded space where you can unburden yourself, reflect on your potential and resources, and cultivate understanding, compassion and self-acceptance. Together, we’ll nurture the most authentic, unapologetic and intentional version of yourself.

Through ongoing reflection and self-work, I’ve developed tools to help you explore these complexities- embracing ambivalence and discovering the interconnectedness that lies within.
