A bit about me

Hi, I’m Lana Bonacic. I’m an integrative counsellor and coach with a PGDip in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I also hold an MSc in Psychology from the University of Roehampton and have over 20 years of experience in personal training and sports therapy. I’m a student member of the BACP and take a holistic, mind–body approach to mental health and wellbeing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic and coaching techniques tailored to your unique needs. I also bring an understanding of the body and nervous system, which can be especially helpful for clients navigating stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll work to develop healthier responses to life’s challenges, make sense of difficult emotions, and examine the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back. I believe our thoughts aren’t always facts—and that by gently challenging them, and adopting a curious and open mindset, we can begin to see ourselves and our situations more clearly. Above all, I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
