A bit about me

Hi! My name is Kira, I am an Australian Masters degree-qualified Psychotherapist specialising in creative therapy with extensive experience supporting individuals through a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. My approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centred. I believe that therapy should be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and I work collaboratively to foster self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Working to provide clients with an opportunity to communicate and process their emotions in a way that feels accessible and meaningful.

I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating these into a creative processes. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. My areas of expertise include stress/anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, attachment, complex trauma and neuro-affirming support.

What inspires me is witnessing the transformative power of integrative and creative therapies in fostering healing and connection. If you’re seeking a non-judgmental space to explore your challenges, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery.
