I’m Juliana Seabra, but you can call me Julie. I’m an Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience, including publishing articles in South America and working within the NHS.
Growing up in South America taught me a lot about cultural clashes, resilience, and prejudice, and these insights shape my therapeutic approach. As an immigrant, I deeply understand the struggles of adapting to new environments, and I bring that empathy to my work, helping clients navigate their own life complexities. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been based in London for the past decade, building a global practice to support clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of psychological challenges.
I work with clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, insomnia, phobias, OCD and relationship issues by nurturing strong and trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients. I strive to help individuals develop meaningful self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change, guiding them toward a balanced, fulfilling life.
