Hi, I’m Jake. I’m currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate their mental health journey. My approach is rooted in understanding you as a whole person—mind, body, and emotions—tailoring each session to your unique needs. I believe in creating a brave, supportive space where you can explore your true self and work through whatever challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll focus on practical skills that you can carry with you outside of therapy, like mindfulness techniques and breathwork, to build your resilience and mental fitness in everyday life. My goal is to help you experience lasting change, feeling more empowered and healthier as you move forward.
