Hi, I’m Gizem. I believe that therapy is, at its heart, a journey of coming back to yourself. With eight years of experience supporting adults, I’ve learned that the ‘stuckness’, the anxiety, the conflict, or the old habits we feel usually have a story to tell. I’m here to help you listen to that story.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our history and environment shape our inner world. In our sessions, we’ll slow down and explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with curiosity—looking at both what’s happening now and the deeper patterns underneath. You can expect a collaborative experience. I’ll help you address what feels familiar, what feels stuck, and what feels possible. Many clients say this process helps them understand themselves more fully, feel more grounded, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I value the unique way every individual communicates and makes sense of their world. My goal is to provide a space where you feel deeply attuned to and understood. My role is to support you in becoming more aware of your emotions, needs, resources, and values—so you can move towards the life you want.
