Hey, I’m Emma, a trainee therapist currently working towards my MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I believe therapy is a space where real change happens—not through force, but through curiosity, self-awareness, and the safety to explore what truly matters to you. My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing largely from Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that supports you in meeting yourself with honesty and compassion. Change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity, rather than pressure. Together, we’ll create space for all parts of you—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—in a way that feels meaningful and true to you. We’ll start exactly where you are, whether you’re here to untangle past experiences, navigate uncertainty, or reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
