A bit about me

‘The road ahead awaits you’

As an Integrative Psychotherapist I take on a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy; rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment theory and person-centred theory, combined with acceptance and commitment therapy. I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, attachment, and eating disorders, and I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and develop coping mechanisms enriched with theoretical knowledge.

Understanding the significance of cultural diversity, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive therapy that acknowledges the unique perspectives and experiences of each client. By fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation, I help individuals cultivate resilience and find meaning in their lives. As a therapist, I believe in the power of connection and empathy. Guided by the belief that “this too shall pass,” I empower clients to overcome challenges and find shelter during those times.
