A bit about me

Hello I’m Andy (he/him)

As a therapist I have been described as warm, grounded, empathic and dynamic

I offer a collaborative integrative approach – allowing us to consider how less explored formative experiences and relationships may still be having a part to play in the present…whilst equally considering how the current external realities of our world may be offering and obscuring opportunities to be yourself.

As an experienced therapist I have worked with a wide spectrum of need including self esteem, isolation, low mood, anxiety, formative relationships, trauma, loss, transition, understanding patterns of behaviour, realising potential and celebrating being yourself.

I like to offer a space where you can loosen the noise and really listen to yourself…make sense of and process your experiences…regroup and step back out to meet the world with your own attitude.

I believe therapy can be challenging but also kind, inspiring, collaborative and sometimes fun.

My practice is informed by awareness of intersectionality and is LGBTQIA+ affirmative
