Hi, I’m Adele (she/her). With over nine years of experience as a psychotherapist, I believe in creating a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing and gain deeper self-awareness.
My approach is collaborative and client-led, meaning we’ll work together at your pace to uncover insights and develop strategies that feel right for you. I specialise in supporting people with burnout and workplace stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, social anxiety, long-term illness, life transitions, and relationship issues. While this isn’t a comprehensive overview, I have experience working with a wide range of concerns and am passionate about helping you find your way toward greater balance and fulfilment. My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I draw on Psychodynamic Therapy and attachment theory to explore how your past experiences may shape current patterns. By understanding these dynamics, we can navigate challenges and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll focus on building your self-awareness, recognizing how your behaviours serve you in the present, and fostering your sense of autonomy and empowerment.
I became a therapist because I know how transformative it can be to feel truly heard and understood. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or open-ended therapy, my goal is to provide a space where you feel respected, supported, and empowered. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you on your journey.
