Therapeutic coaching bridges both worlds — offering a safe, supportive space to explore where you are now, and guiding you towards the future you want. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a transition, or ready to build confidence and direction, coaching can help you move forward with clarity and purpose. I bring my therapeutic training and lived experience into my coaching work, creating a space where you can show up as your full self — especially if you're navigating identity, race, cultural pressures, or the “isms” and expectations that can shape your self-belief.
