A bit about me

My name is Calvin and I am a qualified and registered BACP integrative counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work in an integrative way including psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT and humanistic therapeutic approaches.

I offer 1:1 sessions for both adults and young adults (16+) within a safe, calming and confidential environment via Face-to-face, phone or online. This work can be short term, or long term open ended therapy sessions with regular reviews, this can be worked out together as part of the therapeutic journey together.

My experience has included work with couples looking to work on their relationship, people who have experienced abuse, including emotional, physical, psychological/mental, discriminatory, organisational/institutional abuse and neglect, people living with Borderline Personality Disorders, Dissociative Disorders and more. This list is not exhaustive and open to working with whatever you bring through the door.

For me, I work to provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for people as they work towards creating a better tomorrow, one conversation at a time. One of my main aims is to create a space where we can build a therapeutic relationship together and within a comfortable, relaxed setting where we can explore things, both in your conscious and unconscious mind. This environment will allow you to be yourself, in a space that is nourishing and encourages you to become more self-aware and take the steps to become who you envision yourself to be.
