As a systemic family and couples psychotherapist with 20 years of experience across the NHS, private, and voluntary sectors, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. My belief in the transformative power of human connection has driven my passion for specializing in this area of psychotherapy.
I understand that relationships can be complicated and when they are not going well, they can lead to stress, anxiety, low mood, isolation and disconnection. These issues could affect your relationship with yourself, perhaps manifesting as self-esteem or confidence problems, or with others, such as family members where tensions, conflicts, or parenting challenges may arise. Additionally, they might impact your relationship with your partner, leading to struggles with communication, disconnection, infidelity, separation, or intimacy.
My therapeutic approach is guided by systemic thinking and an interest in relational dynamics, incorporating insights from attachment theory, narrative and psychodynamic approaches, as well as neuroscience and the mind-body connection. My aim is to help you understand how and why difficulties may have arisen and then integrate this understanding into your life to create meaningful change. I offer a dynamic, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic experience with a practical touch.
I am available for virtual sessions Monday through Friday.
