I’m Kemi Omijeh (she/her). I’m a therapist and therapeutic coach, and I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their mental health in a way that truly fits who they are. My approach is creative, culturally informed, and grounded in practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface for you—so you can prioritise yourself and figure out your next steps. I’m deeply aware of how our intersectional identities and lived experiences can impact and shape our mental health and wellbeing, and I always hold that in mind as we work together.
My areas of expertise are racial identity, racial trauma, and cultural competence. Whether it’s through therapeutic coaching, therapy, or training, my aim is simple: to create a safe and supportive space that helps you feel more connected, less stuck, and supported in prioritising your mental health.
Let’s work together to clear away the barriers that are getting in the way of your wellbeing.
