I’m Alex — a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting children, young people, and adults across NHS, education, charity, and private practice settings. My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and collaboration. I specialise in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, and I’m passionate about helping people feel safe, seen, and empowered — especially those who’ve felt misunderstood or overwhelmed by traditional systems.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or complex mental health challenges, I offer a calm, structured space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My approach blends relational depth with practical tools, drawing from Integrative/CBT, psychoeducation, and creative reflection. I also work with clients who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, or sensory processing differences — supporting emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-understanding.
I believe therapy should be accessible, affirming, and tailored to your unique rhythm — whether that means structured sessions, visual tools, or simply space to breathe and be.
Alex works on Mondays and Tuesday Online.
