It’s time to take action.

We’re going to hold your hand when we say this, but we’ve become way too comfortable with mediocre. “I’m fine” is the biggest lie we tell ourselves and each other. NHS lists growing? Fine. Another recession? Sure. Our nervous systems are running on autopilot, settling for ‘fine’ until it all becomes too much. But ‘fine’ is not enough. This Mental Health Awareness Week, it’s all about action, not our nervous system’s reactions.

Do these stats look ‘fine’ to you? 

We get it. Saying you’re ‘fine’ is easier than telling your mates, colleagues, or barista what the real problem is. The more we lean on it, the more we end up just ‘performing’ while actually running on empty. These numbers aren’t just data, they’re a reflection of a culture that values politeness over getting any real help.

Free 20-minute Nervous System Reset Sessions

Sessions run daily from Monday 11th to Sunday 17th across our Soho, Kings Cross and Shoreditch locations.

Think of these Therapist Led Nervous System Reset Sessions as a “reset button” for your nervous system. When you feel overwhelmed or stuck in a state of stress, these guided practices help your body shift back into a place of calm.

 

Using simple techniques like deep relaxation, visualisation, and creative movement, we help you move out of “fight or flight” mode and into a state of safety. These sessions build your inner resilience, making it easier to handle life’s ups and downs.

Join us for a community workshop designed to help you step out of your head and reconnect with your body. Through creative and therapeutic practices, we’ll explore how community can become a source of grounding, care and action, using the Tree of Life as our guide.
