Hey, I’m Nic. I can support you with a range of challenges & experiences including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, burnout, & any other challenging stuff going on for you, in a professional capacity. I have experience working with corporate professionals (being an ex-HR one myself), graduates & students with a passion for supporting women in midlife too, with the psychological challenges associated with menopause (often cropping up for us, professional life – yes, I’ve been there too).
I work integratively – which means I dip into my counselling & therapeutic coaching toolkit of skills & resources, minus the therapeutic speak & jargon. I love running MOT’s, as they give you a chance to press pause and consider all aspects of your personal & professional life, so you can be on the front foot, to be positive & optimistic about future possibilities & opportunities. Alternatively you could try six focused sessions of therapeutic coaching, over a longer period, of up to 9 months, which gives us plenty of time in partnership, to support you in navigating challenges. This is really helpful for both professional and personal challenges, to move through any past potential blockers, tap into any self-limiting beliefs that keep you stuck, to give you clarity, confidence and create lasting & positive change in your life.
I bring a curiosity to my client work (it’s all in the ‘noticing’ btw), together with a dynamic, empathetic, honest & collaborative approach. We play’ detective’ to understand what’s got you here, to this point & we ‘join the dots’ together, to normalise your feelings & experiences.
