A bit about me

I am a registered BACP integrative Psychotherapist. My passion lies in delving into the intricate relationship between culture, mental health, and personal development. With over 18 years of experience across England, Europe, and Southeast Asia, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and communities through psychotherapy and the creative arts. My expertise covers a broad spectrum of issues, including cross-cultural dynamics, relationships and sexuality, domestic violence, trauma, racism, childhood trauma, self-harm, and complex PTSD. Additionally, I offer support for individuals dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, human trafficking and modern-day slavery. My deep understanding of collectivist and individualist cultures equips me to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. I am fully committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirmative treatment, ensuring an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment. I work with adolescents and adults. My therapeutic approach is Transcultural Humanistic Integrative, which incorporates elements from various frameworks such as Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, my practice integrates techniques from Freudian Analysis, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Jungian concepts to tailor each session to meet my client’s needs.
