A bit about me

I am a Chartered Health psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their personal and professional challenges. With over a decade of experience in therapeutic practice in both NHS and corporate settings, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and groups, guiding them through issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth.

In addition to my one-on-one work, I am deeply committed to fostering learning and development within the psychological community. As a clinical supervisor, I provide mentorship and guidance to aspiring psychologists/ therapists, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to thrive within their clinical work. I take pride in creating a collaborative, reflective space where supervisees can hone their therapeutic abilities while staying grounded in ethical and compassionate care.

Beyond the therapy room, I regularly deliver workshops on mental health, resilience, and emotional well-being for both professionals and the general public. My workshops are designed to be interactive and engaging, offering participants practical tools and insights to apply in their daily lives. I believe in the power of shared learning and aim to create spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to fostering growth, healing, and self-awareness. Whether I’m working with clients, guiding new therapists, or leading workshops, my goal is always to help individuals tap into their strengths, overcome challenges, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves.
