Hello! I’m Alex de Ville, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from humanism, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. I have 6 years experience working for a bereavement centre and my specialism is Grief/Loss.
