A bit about me

Mark is a systemic psychotherapist, having worked in the NHS for 20 years. This has included supporting people with issues such as relationship difficulties, parenting, trauma, attachment difficulties, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Mark’s therapeutic approach is warm, friendly and compassionate while also focused on exploring different perspectives and possibilities. He aims to support the people he works with to make sense of the problems they are facing in the contexts of their histories, their current situations, and their relationships.  Mark pays particular attention to the different aspects of identity and how this informs people’s lived experience. His approach is to develop a space in which people can feel safe enough to explore what is meaningful for them, work with them on their hopes, making changes and realising their goals.
