Lisa is a compassionate psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals through life challenges, including—but not limited to—stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, anger, relationship and self-esteem issues, and bereavement and loss.
She brings a holistic, whole-body approach to mental health and well-being, drawing on a range of theoretical approaches including person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, alongside CBT and third-wave therapies. These approaches help to raise awareness and incorporate mindfulness and compassion-based, evidence-informed practices to support personal growth.
Lisa is passionate about helping people to live well. Her aim is to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship in which you can explore your difficulties and find a way forward to living your life with greater freedom and ease.
