I am a licensed therapist and coaching psychologist with nearly 10 years of supporting people with career and personal development. Together we would explore any stresses or anxieties, relationship challenges and other intimacy related matters, as well as identity-based issues including body image, self-esteem and disordered eating difficulties at a pace that suits you.
For me, my main focus is helping people reach their full potential, see their worth, and allowing a space for them to see how much they can overcome and achieve, without getting bogged down by the every day. Life can be crazy and working with me will help you to become attuned to your identity and your relationships amongst the chaos of life. You can come in with your own unique story, which I will ensure to respect, hold with empathy and clarity, whilst facilitating meaningful change by developing tools for long-term emotional wellbeing.
Part of my therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based approaches like Psychodynamic thinking, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mindfulness. With particular experience of working with people who feel disconnected from themselves, I specialise in helping people better understand their thoughts and habits by exploring traumas that keep people feeling trapped within themselves, or uncertain about how to move forward.
