A bit about me

Being a human is hard and nobody is immune to challenging circumstances or tough times. I offer my clients a warm, non-judgemental, safe space to explore and unpack anything that they may feel is impacting on their mental well-being.

I have over 15 years working in wellbeing as a fitness coach and yoga teacher, I’m a strong believer in bridging the gap between physical and mental wellbeing, looking at the person as a whole. When it comes to physical fitness some people seek out movement to rehab from a significant injury, others may have an accumulation of smaller injuries to rehabilitate, some people have health concerns ranging from mild to potentially fatal, and others take part in regular movement to maintain overall physical fitness. This is also true for therapy. It can help with past trauma, maybe one significant life-changing moment. It can help with the accumulation of life events or stressors. It can support concerns you may have for your overall quality of life that can range from mild to potentially fatal. It can also be used as a tool to simply help maintain overall mental well-being and to help navigate life’s messiness.

I draw upon various modalities to ensure the work is client-specific and have a range of mind/body tools to create a bespoke way of working with your unique story.
