Hello, I’m Cindy, a counsellor with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals through life’s emotional, relational, and existential challenges. My approach is integrative and humanistic, drawing from Person-Centred and Existential traditions, and enriched by Experiential and Gestalt ways of working. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can feel truly heard, and where we stay close to what’s happening in the moment — emotionally, physically, and relationally.
I support you to explore your experience as it unfolds, helping you connect more deeply with yourself, express what may be unspoken, and make sense of your life in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. I trust in your inner capacity for healing and see therapy as a dynamic and collaborative process of self-discovery and change.
