I’m Andrea Giraldez-Hayes, PhD, chartered psychologist, registered psychotherapist, and coach with a decade of experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate their personal and emotional challenges. I primarily use Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychotherapy, blending these approaches to help you develop practical skills for managing life transitions, stress, anxiety and depression, empowering you to take control of your life. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and social justice, working with clients of all identities and backgrounds.
