New home, same mission.
Supporting mental health in Kings Cross
The opening of Self Space’s latest site in Kings Cross is a visible celebration of mental health care on the high-street. Nestled seamlessly between powerhouse brands, ready and waiting to serve commuters, shoppers, families, friends and everyone in-between, we stand proud, supporting every human who lives, works and passes through the area.
No longer is mental health addressed behind closed doors, whispered under cold fluorescent lighting, and discretely ‘dealt with’ in soulless offices. We’re changing the narrative; proudly celebrating our commitment to mental maintenance, and deepening human connection through a good conversation with a qualified person.
At the heart of Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, that human connection is potent; dynamic, vibrant and electric. The 9-to-5-ers, families in the fountain, yogis by the river, passersby and the just-passing-throughs – all connected to this space, to one another. This space is not just about commerce; it’s about community – and we’re beyond proud to join it.
With a launch around World Mental Health Day, we’ll be engaging in the community with small acts of kindness, inviting local residents and workers to pop by. No pressure, no commitment – just connection. We need it now more than ever.
"We are so driven by our mission to revolutionise the high street with accessible therapy and can’t wait to bring all that Self Space offers to more and more people. Kings Cross has long been a cultural melting pot in the city, seeing growth from its edgier days into a vibrant, creative heart that keeps the history of London alive."
