Where's Your Head At?

Therapy, in fluent fella.

Men are raised to hold it together. Bills, deadlines, deadlifts — whatever it takes. But somewhere between “I’m fine” and “I’ll sort it,” the real stuff gets buried.

We’ve built a culture that celebrates pushing through, not speaking up. But no one hands you the manual for what happens when you can’t. Therapy could help — it just doesn’t always sound like you. The words are clinical. The tone’s detached. And when the language feels alien, most blokes clock out before they ever switch on.

Therapy shouldn’t need translation. ¿Sabes lo que te digo?

Where’s Your Head At? lives in men’s everyday language and rituals — banter, barbells, bacon butties. Honest chat. Proper support. Because bottling it up isn’t bravery. It’s burnout with better PR.

Therapy in FLuent Fella

Strong. Silent. Struggling.

The stats make for rough reading.

We might act like we’ve got it all under control.. But the figures tell a different story — fewer men ask for help, more men disappear, and most feel therapy isn’t for them. It’s not the feelings that scare us. It’s the format.

Men are a third of therapy referrals. And three-quarters of suicides.

Mental Health MOTs

A check-up from the neck up

The MOT Check-In is a 50-minute session that sits somewhere between coaching, therapy, and a right old natter.

Think of it as one small way to stay sane in a world that most definitely ain’t.

The Manosphere Is Quietly Shaping a Generation – And We’re Not Talking About It Enough

S’appening.

We’re getting out of the studio and onto the streets.

Here’s what’s going down.

Scrambled Heads

Scrambled Heads

We put men’s mental health on the table – alongside a load of gorgeous, greasy grub. We were proud and excited to be partnering with cultural institutions like Pellicci, who are at the centre of the community in east London and one of our neighbours.

These were the places where men slowed down, reflected – and sometimes shared more in ten minutes over beans on toast than in ten years of half-cut banter.

BLOK & FLOW

Gym culture celebrates resilience – pushing through, digging deep, testing yourself. You can break down physically and still walk out feeling stronger. But when it comes to mental health? There’s no plan. No warm-up. No routine.

We partnered with FLOW and BLOK to change that and show men that talking about your mind can be as normal as training your body.

Mashed
Heads

There’s something proper about pie and mash with the lads. Midweek, match day, or a cheeky lunch – sometimes a plate of comfort food sparks the best conversations. We partnered with M. Manze, where the community has gathered over generations, to bring table-side chats that go beyond the usual banter.

Comfort food. Proper conversation. No pressure. No awkward intros. No clichés. Just honest discussion over a plate of pie and mash, featuring our founder Jodie Cariss, Allan Mustafa, Hugo Chegwin, and Owen Cutts sharing their stories.

Talking
Heads

Real stories about the
stuff on men’s minds.

Men’s heads aren’t one thing – they’re messy, complicated, sometimes clear, sometimes completely overwhelmed, and we’re here for it all. Talking Heads is all about everyday honesty. Real stories from men on their own terms – relationships, anxiety, burnout, booze, sleep, shame.

No polish. No jargon. Just fellas being themselves and sharing where their head’s at. Head to our socials and have a read.
