A bit about me

‘The road ahead awaits you’

Understanding the significance of cultural diversity, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive therapy that acknowledges the unique perspectives and experiences of each client. To do this, I help individuals cultivate resilience and find meaning in their lives, by fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

As a therapist, I am guided by the belief that “this too shall pass,”  and believe in the power of connection and empathy. With this belief, I empower clients to overcome challenges and find shelter during those times.

I take on a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, especially working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, attachment, and eating disorders. As part of my practice, I hold a safe and supportive space for individuals allowing them to explore their experiences and develop coping mechanisms enriched with theoretical knowledge.

I offer therapy mainly rooted in Attachment Theory & Person-Centred Theory, combined with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
