As a psychotherapist and therapeutic coach, I am dedicated to creating a safe and collaborative space for your growth. Our work will be compassionate and solution-focused, prioritizing your emotional safety to help you quiet your inner critic, cultivate self-acceptance, and heal the wounds that keep you stuck. Together, we will identify your strengths and goals to develop practical strategies, empowering you to build momentum and become the author of your own life.
My integrative, trauma-informed approach is designed to meet you where you are, whether you are processing past trauma, navigating current stress, or striving for future fulfilment. I draw on a range of modalities to foster self-awareness, understand relational patterns, and reframe unhelpful thinking. Working together, we can process any distress felt using paced and somatic work.
Within our sessions, we can collaborate to reduce the impact of past wounds and process the trauma sitting within, quieten the inner critic and cultivate self-acceptance, identify strengths to develop practical strategies for tangible progress, foster self-awareness, and reframe unhelpful patterns.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with any forms of trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, PTSD, domestic and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, grief, and life challenges, for example, identity, race, burnout, imposter syndrome, and major life transitions.
If you are ready to embark on your therapeutic journey, I am here to support you.
When booking, any of our in person sessions can be changed to a virtual session. Book your session first and then pop the therapist and hey@theselfspace.com an email to let them know.
