Hi, I’m Kenny - an experienced practitioner who integrates humanistic, client-centred foundations with practical tools from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. In my coaching work, I offer a warm, affirming space where people can reflect on who and where they are, work through change, and take real, manageable steps towards their personal goals in a way that makes sense for them.

Nisha Irfan

As a Humanistic Integrative therapist offering trauma informed care, my therapeutic coaching approach offers a compassionate space that honours your inner resources and creative instincts. The aim is to empower you to reach external milestones whilst being attuned to your unique nervous system responses. This work recognises how your body holds and processes experiences of stress, safety, and connection. Together, we build resilience, support regulation, and create space for sustainable, meaningful change, gently supported with empathy, curiosity, and respect every step of the way.

Morgana Lines

Often, when we find ourselves becoming stuck in life, not achieving goals we tell ourselves we want, it's worth considering how our past experiences, and attachment patterns maybe influencing that 'stuckness'; this is where therapeutic coaching plays a part in further understanding ourselves. With a strong focus on the future, we move through each of the 6 sessions forever holding your specific goal in mind - challenging any resistances we identify along the way.
That's all folks!
