Reduced Rate Therapy
We believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Reduced Rate Therapy sessions are in-person sessions with newly qualified therapists who know their craft — and care deeply about getting it right.

Sometimes getting help feels harder than it should
Reduced Rate Therapy keeps things simple — in-person sessions with therapists who know what they’re doing and care about getting it right. Each newly qualified practitioner has over three years’ hands-on experience, plus the support of our senior clinical team to help keep things on course.
No clinical corridors. No long waits. Just steady, thoughtful, human support — at a rate that makes sense.
Because getting started shouldn’t be the hardest part.

Jake Hoffman-Brooks
Trainee Integrative Counsellor
I’m currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate their mental health journey. My approach is rooted in understanding you as a whole person—mind, body, and emotions—tailoring each session to your unique needs. I believe in creating a brave, supportive space where you can explore your true self and work through whatever challenges you’re facing.
Together, we’ll focus on practical skills that you can carry with you outside of therapy, like mindfulness techniques and breathwork, to build your resilience and mental fitness in everyday life. My goal is to help you experience lasting change, feeling more empowered and healthier as you move forward.
Caitlin Zulu
Trainee Counsellor
I believe in creating a safe, collaborative process where we can work together to explore and reflect on your experiences and work towards your goals.
My approach is integrative, adapted to your unique complexities in order to provide you with somewhere you can be your authentic self. You will be greeted with warmth, compassion and the chance to feel heard.
Jayde Gilkes
Newly Qualified Integrative Counsellor, MBACP
Hi, I’m Jayde, an integrative therapist with a deep reverence for holistic healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over five years supporting people on their healing journeys through holistic practices, which taught me the power of presence, connection, and truly being seen. I now bring this into therapy, meeting each person as a whole being—mind, body, and spirit. I believe therapy is a space for radical honesty, self-discovery, and moving from surviving to thriving by living more authentically.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I offer a safe space where you feel supported yet gently challenged. Drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, and CBT approaches, I help you explore patterns, connect with your values, and make grounded, practical shifts. I also hold awareness of how identity, culture, and history shape our lives and healing.
Whether you’re navigating identity, belonging, or personal growth, this is a space where your whole self is safe, respected, and affirmed. I work from a strengths-based perspective, walking alongside you as you connect with your own wisdom and move toward meaningful change.
Lola Rimmer
Trainee Counsellor
Hello! I’m Lola, a student counsellor working towards a BSc in Counselling. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, building a safe, trusting space where clients feel respected and listened to.
I’m passionate about supporting people through their mental health journey and adapting my approach to fit individual needs. I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and psychodynamic theories. My role is to create an environment where people can be themselves and experience self-reflection, self-awareness, and growth.
Emma Hendricks
Trainee Integrative Counsellor
Hey, I’m Emma, a trainee therapist currently working towards my MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I believe therapy is a space where real change happens—not through force, but through curiosity, self-awareness, and the safety to explore what truly matters to you.
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing largely from Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that supports you in meeting yourself with honesty and compassion. Change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity, rather than pressure.
Together, we’ll create space for all parts of you—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—in a way that feels meaningful and true to you. We’ll start exactly where you are, whether you’re here to untangle past experiences, navigate uncertainty, or reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

Lee Mendeloff
Trainee Integrative Therapist
I’m Lee, a dedicated trainee counsellor passionate about supporting individuals on their journeys of self-discovery. With over a decade of experience in mental health spanning three continents, I bring a global perspective to my practice. My personal experience with burnout has given me an intimate understanding of life’s challenges, forming the foundation for my compassionate and flexible approach.
I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. My approach is collaborative and adaptable, encouraging creative exploration and experimentation. Employing an integrative approach, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and person-centered philosophies to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I work holistically, drawing on mindful dialogue, imagination work, breathwork, and somatic trauma-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and deepen body awareness.
This embodied approach nurtures healing by aligning mind, body, and emotional experience—supporting your overall well-being while honouring your individual pace and needs. I am particularly skilled in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, anxiety and stress management.
Leila Katalnykova
Trainee Integrative Counsellor
Hi! I am Leila Katalnykova, an integrative counsellor helping individuals alleviate suffering and live more authentic and fulfilled lives. My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy with an emphasis on how early attachments influence our experience of self, the world, and others.
I also integrate techniques and insights from Schema Therapy, depth psychology, and trauma research to understand and address the underlying causes of emotional and relational difficulties. I pay particular attention to the body and imagery, integrating mind-body practices and explorations into my work. I specialise in developmental trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic, and attuned presence, and believe in helping my clients uncover their unique psychological patterns and callings, rather than putting a label from a book on them. My job is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, explore your inner landscape, and journey to greater wholeness.
Sarah Chan
Trainee Integrative Therapist
Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her). I offer a warm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what really matters to you. I believe therapy is most powerful when you feel safe, understood, and free to approach your thoughts and feelings with curiosity rather than judgment. That’s why my focus is on building an authentic, trusting relationship where you feel genuinely heard. My approach is Integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models and adapt them to suit your needs and preferences. I aim to work collaboratively with you to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I’m currently completing a BACP-accredited postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
